Pro Communications is an established public relations and marketing firm, with a presence in Louisville for over 12 years. In 2014, Pro Communications merged with ProMoter, Inc., an esteemed downtown marketing and communications company with a 30-year history in Louisville. Pro Communications has a well-respected list of local and regional clients, many of whom have 10+ year relationships with the firm.
In March 2018, Pro Communications acquired the pepper group, ltd, a specialized branding and marketing agency in Louisville. Our firms have worked together for more than 10 years and the timing and affiliation was ideal to formalize our business relationship.

Sarah brings a vibrant perspective to clients as a public relations and communications professional in the Louisville region. Sarah is regularly called on by many of Louisville’s leading healthcare, hospitality and technology companies to strategize, plan and implement marketing, communications and public relations programs. Sarah has received the PRSA/IABC Landmarks of Excellence Award in Electronic Communications and Technical Writing categories and was named a Hot 10 Advertising, Marketing & PR Executive by the Louisville Advertising Federation. She was also named a 2014 Forty Under 40 leader by Business First and a ‘Way to Go’ Woman in 2014 by Today’s Woman magazine. Sarah is very active in the community and has served as a board member of the Metro Parks Foundation, the Louisville chapter of NAWBO, the Louisville Concours d’Elegance/Brooklawn Child & Family Services, and is currently a board member of Habitat for Humanity and Habitat ReStore. She is also a member of the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Amy is an expert in client relations, copywriting and design with more than 20 years of experience for ProMoter, Inc. now merged with Pro Communications. A graduate of Ball State University with a degree in journalism/public relations, Amy works with many of Pro Communications clients in the areas of advertising, planning and execution. She is an expert in helping clients find affordable solutions to build their brand and image. A Southern Indiana native, Amy is a member of the Leadership Southern Indiana (LSI) class of 2009. She also volunteers as a Girl Scout leader.
Account Manager/Graphic Designer
Raven is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the Honors College where she majored in advertising with a concentration in print/graphic design. She is also a skilled writer, having studied journalism for a time at WKU, and has a published paper entitled “Visual Tension in Graphic Design.” She also volunteers at the Animal Care Society in Louisville in her spare time.
Robynne has more than 25 years of print, production, and design experience, which brings a critical element of expertise to the pepper group team and its varied clients. In her role, Robynne ensures that projects are attended to in a timely manner with a keen attention to detail. Robynne is also a skilled graphic designer creating and completing production work including corporate brochures, annual reports, reference binders, packaging concepts and more. Robynne’s previous professional experiences include four years as production/print manager at the Atria Senior Living support center, as well as an electronic prepress operator for Fetter Printing and Publishers Printing. Robynne holds a degree in Commercial Art from Jefferson Community College.

Taylor is a communications professional with 14 years of experience in internal and external communications and marketing. She works to develop successful strategies and proven proficiency in areas of distributing media, public relations and graphic design. Taylor graduated from Miami University in Ohio with degrees in Journalism and History. She received her master’s degree in Communication from the University of Louisville. In addition, she has done multiple continuing education courses through Bellarmine University. She currently serves on the Shelbyville Habitat for Humanity Board and formerly served on the Actor’s Theater Go Board. Taylor is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America, Bluegrass Chapter.
